One company writes the offer and does the work
Most people who call us are at one of two moments: a capital upgrade just got approved and the old gear has to disappear before the new line-up lands, or a demolition contractor has asked who is taking the electrical scope. Either way the problem is the same — the equipment has value, but only if somebody will price it honestly and then actually show up with rigging.
We are that somebody. We are the buyer, not a broker shopping your list around. We write an itemized offer, we schedule around your outage window, our crews perform the de-energized removal, and we pay before the load leaves the property.
What we do not do
We do not work energized equipment. We do not quote a number and then discover reasons to reduce it on load-out day. We do not leave a room half-stripped because the copper ran out before the steel did.

Two floors, never zero
Even gear that nobody wants to reuse has a scrap floor. The only jobs that end up costing an owner money are the ones where removal is genuinely harder than the metal is worth — a basement vault with no crane access, for instance. We tell you that in writing on day one instead of discovering it later.

Anything from the incoming service to the last disconnect: switchgear, switchboards, transformers, generators, transfer switches, bus duct and plugs, panelboards, breakers, motor control centers, capacitor banks, drives, and the copper and aluminum cable feeding all of it. If you are unsure, send a photo.
Do you buy whole plants or only individual items?
Both. Whole-plant electrical scopes are our preferred work because we can price the good gear against the scrap fraction and give you one number, one crew and one settlement. Single transformers and single pallets are still worth quoting.
Are you a broker?
No. We are the purchaser of record. We fund the purchase, our own crews perform the removal, and we take title at your dock. There is no third party behind us who has to approve the price after the fact.
How is the offer calculated?
Three inputs: reusable resale value for the specific make and model, recovered metal value on what cannot go back into service, and our cost to get it out of your building. The written offer itemizes the first two and states the third plainly.
What does it cost us?
On most scopes, nothing — you receive a check. On old, stripped or badly access-restricted scopes the removal cost can exceed the equipment value, in which case the project nets near zero or a modest fee. You hear which one applies before you commit.
