What we buy under electrical buyers
Distribution and control equipment
Low- and medium-voltage switchgear and switchboards, motor control centers, panelboards, bus duct with its plugs, transfer switches, capacitor banks and the breakers that live inside all of it. This is the bulk of what moves through our yard, and it is where obsolete models are frequently worth more than current production because nobody else can supply them.
Power conversion and generation
Liquid-filled and dry-type transformers from 75 kVA to 50 MVA, unit substations, rectifier and furnace transformers, and diesel and gas gensets from 100 kW to 3 MW with or without their paralleling gear and transfer switches. Running or not — we price a seized engine on its alternator and core just as seriously as a low-hour set.
Conductors, spares and whole lots
Copper and aluminum feeder cable, MV shielded cable, tray and control wire, plus the spare-parts rooms that accumulate over thirty years: breakers on shelves, bus plugs on pallets, relays, meters and starter buckets. When a plant closes we will quote the entire electrical scope as one lot rather than making you find a separate buyer for each fraction.

What the equipment is worth to you
Because we buy across every electrical category, we can price a mixed lot honestly instead of cherry-picking the two items we want and leaving you with the rest. Copper content sets the floor, resale demand for the specific make and model sets the ceiling, and our own removal cost is subtracted in the open where you can see it.
Two numbers sit under every offer: what the next owner will pay for a working asset, and what the copper and aluminum are worth if nobody will. We show you both, then subtract our removal cost in the open.
Removal is included, not extra
Our price includes de-energized disassembly, rigging, loading and freight. You are not buying a demolition service from us and then selling us metal separately; it is one transaction with one number.

What exactly do you count as industrial electrical equipment?
Anything from the incoming service to the last disconnect: switchgear, switchboards, transformers, generators, transfer switches, bus duct and plugs, panelboards, breakers, motor control centers, capacitor banks, drives, and the copper and aluminum cable feeding all of it. If you are unsure, send a photo.
Do you buy whole plants or only individual items?
Both. Whole-plant electrical scopes are our preferred work because we can price the good gear against the scrap fraction and give you one number, one crew and one settlement. Single transformers and single pallets are still worth quoting.
Are you a broker?
No. We are the purchaser of record. We fund the purchase, our own crews perform the removal, and we take title at your dock. There is no third party behind us who has to approve the price after the fact.
How is the offer calculated?
Three inputs: reusable resale value for the specific make and model, recovered metal value on what cannot go back into service, and our cost to get it out of your building. The written offer itemizes the first two and states the third plainly.
What does it cost us?
On most scopes, nothing — you receive a check. On old, stripped or badly access-restricted scopes the removal cost can exceed the equipment value, in which case the project nets near zero or a modest fee. You hear which one applies before you commit.
