Buying out of commercial buildings
The typical job
A building is gutted for renovation or scheduled for demolition. The electrical scope is a main switchboard, a busway riser running the height of the building with plugs on every floor, meter stacks, and a panel or three on each level, plus the feeders between them.
What matters to a building owner or GC
Schedule and liability. We move fast enough to stay ahead of the demolition crew, carry our own insurance with certificates on file before mobilization, protect the elevator lobbies and finished areas we pass through, and take the load out of the building rather than leaving it stacked on the dock.
