What drives the number
Sometimes the equipment value exceeds our removal cost and you receive a check. On older, stripped or badly access-restricted Rio Rico scopes, the removal cost exceeds the value and the project nets near zero or a modest fee. You hear which one you are looking at up front rather than halfway through the teardown.

Safety and documentation
If your Rio Rico facility runs permits — hot work, confined space, elevated work, site orientation, background checks — tell us at the quote stage and we build the time into the schedule rather than asking for an extension later. Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?
No. We handle removal. Your electrician or the utility performs the final isolation and we verify it; from there our crews lock out, cut and cap cable at the gland, unbolt the sections, skate them out and load them. If the Rio Rico room is still partly live we phase the work.
How do you handle transformer oil in Rio Rico?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in Rio Rico and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Rio Rico dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.

Can you work nights, weekends or during a shutdown in Rio Rico?
Regularly. Most electrical removals happen outside production hours because that is when circuits can be released. Night, weekend, holiday and turnaround windows in Rio Rico are normal scheduling for us, not a premium service.
