What drives the number
Copper is the floor under most of this equipment, and it is a floor that moves. Bus bar, windings and feeder cable set a minimum value we can always pay on a Richmond lot; resale demand for the specific make and model is what lifts the offer above it. Obsolete bus plugs and discontinued panelboard interiors are the clearest example — unglamorous parts that plants cannot buy new anywhere.

Safety and documentation
Safety is scope, not a brochure page. Crews working in Richmond operate to NFPA 70E for arc-flash boundaries and PPE, follow OSHA 1910.147 lockout and tagout with our own locks and written procedures, and hold a daily job safety analysis before the first bolt turns. Are you insured to work inside our Richmond facility?
Yes. We carry general liability, auto, workers' compensation and umbrella coverage, and we issue a certificate naming your entity as additional insured before crews mobilize to Richmond. We also complete vendor onboarding, background checks and site-specific safety orientation on request.
Can you work nights, weekends or during a shutdown in Richmond?
