What drives the number
Transformer oil is the item sellers in Price worry about most, and fairly so. We test it, drain it, manifest it through licensed handlers and hand you the documentation. PCB-suspect units are handled under their own waste profile. The cost of that handling is already inside the offer, so nothing surprises you after the fact.

If your Price facility runs permits — hot work, confined space, elevated work, site orientation, background checks — tell us at the quote stage and we build the time into the schedule rather than asking for an extension later. Our people are used to refinery, hospital and utility permitting cultures.
Paper you receive
Certificate of insurance before we mobilize, a written itemized offer, a signed bill of sale, and load documentation for every trailer. If your compliance team needs something specific, ask before we schedule.

Do you actually buy electrical equipment in Price, or just broker it?

When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Price dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
