Selling Industrial Electrical Equipment in Marion, AR
Pulling electrical gear out of a Marion facility normally takes three vendors: an electrician to de-energize, a rigger to move the heavy sections, and a hauler to get it off site. Coordinating three trades around one outage window is where these projects go sideways. We collapse all three into one contract and pay you for the equipment on top of it.

Buying electrical equipment in Marion
Food processing, paper and steel operations along the Arkansas River valley run heavy MCC and busway installations, and mill upgrades put large drives and transformers on the market. For Marion specifically, that density helps: crews already move through Little Rock, Fayetteville and Fort Smith, so mobilization is a scheduling question rather than a cost problem.
Once an offer is accepted in Marion we schedule around your outage window, not ours. Nights, weekends and phased removals are normal. Crews arrive with their own rigging, skates, lifts, torches and oil-handling equipment, pull the gear, protect your floors and leave the electrical room clear for the next trade.

What drives the number
Copper is the floor under most of this equipment, and it is a floor that moves. Bus bar, windings and feeder cable set a minimum value we can always pay on a Marion lot; resale demand for the specific make and model is what lifts the offer above it. Obsolete bus plugs and discontinued panelboard interiors are the clearest example — unglamorous parts that plants cannot buy new anywhere.

Safety and documentation
If your Marion facility runs permits — hot work, confined space, elevated work, site orientation, background checks — tell us at the quote stage and we build the time into the schedule rather than asking for an extension later. Our people are used to refinery, hospital and utility permitting cultures.
Paper you receive
Certificate of insurance before we mobilize, a written itemized offer, a signed bill of sale, and load documentation for every trailer. If your compliance team needs something specific, ask before we schedule.

Marion questions
Do you actually buy electrical equipment in Marion, or just broker it?
We buy it. Industrial Electrical Buyer is the purchaser of record — we fund the purchase, send our own crews to Marion to disconnect and load, and take title when the equipment leaves your dock. There is no third party behind us waiting to approve the price.
What is the smallest job you will take in Marion?
A single transformer, one switchgear section, a pallet of bus plugs or a few boxes of breakers is worth a call. Because we route crews across Arkansas continuously, small Marion pickups usually get added to an existing run rather than priced as a dedicated trip.
How fast can you get to a Marion site?
Written offers go out the same business day in nearly every case. After acceptance, typical mobilization to Marion is a few business days for a straightforward removal and one to two weeks for a full plant scope that needs phasing, rigging plans or utility coordination.
Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?
No. We handle removal. Your electrician or the utility performs the final isolation and we verify it; from there our crews lock out, cut and cap cable at the gland, unbolt the sections, skate them out and load them. If the Marion room is still partly live we phase the work.
How do you handle transformer oil in Marion?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in Marion and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Marion dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
