Houston sits in Texas, where Oncor, CenterPoint Energy, AEP Texas, Austin Energy, CPS Energy feed the load and I-35, I-45, I-10, I-20 and I-30 carry the freight. Both facts land in your number: a site near those corridors costs us less to service and the saving shows up in the offer rather than our margin. Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio are regular stops, and Houston work routes with them.
If the Houston equipment is still carrying load, we phase it. Usually that means dead sections and spares first, then distribution as circuits are released, then the main line-up once the last feeder is isolated. The phasing goes into the offer so nobody is improvising in an energized room at two in the morning.

We do not quote high and renegotiate on the dock, which is the complaint we hear most often about this trade. If what our crew finds in Houston matches what you described, the written price is the price we pay. If it does not — breakers already pulled, windings cut, a different model than the photo — we show you exactly which line changed and why.

Questions
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Houston dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
What if the equipment is old or has no test records?
We still quote it. Records raise the number — a NETA test report on a breaker or a transformer is the single document that most improves what we can pay — but their absence disqualifies nothing. We price Houston equipment on what our technicians and the replacement market say it is worth.
Are you insured to work inside our Houston facility?
Yes. We carry general liability, auto, workers' compensation and umbrella coverage, and we issue a certificate naming your entity as additional insured before crews mobilize to Houston. We also complete vendor onboarding, background checks and site-specific safety orientation on request.
Can you work nights, weekends or during a shutdown in Houston?
Regularly. Most electrical removals happen outside production hours because that is when circuits can be released. Night, weekend, holiday and turnaround windows in Houston are normal scheduling for us, not a premium service.
