How fast can you get to a The Colony site?

Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?

How do you handle transformer oil in The Colony?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in The Colony and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your The Colony dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
What if the equipment is old or has no test records?
We still quote it. Records raise the number — a NETA test report on a breaker or a transformer is the single document that most improves what we can pay — but their absence disqualifies nothing. We price The Colony equipment on what our technicians and the replacement market say it is worth.
