Load Bank Buyers in Clovis, NM

We purchase load banks throughout Clovis and the surrounding New Mexico market. That includes equipment still energized and scheduled for replacement, equipment already isolated after a shutdown, and whole electrical rooms coming out of a building change. We buy it and we remove it — one offer, one crew, one certificate of insurance.

Load Banks buyers serving Clovis

Our New Mexico routing runs along I-25, I-40 and I-10, which keeps crew and trailer cost predictable for Clovis projects. Coordination with PNM, El Paso Electric, Xcel Energy on clearances, metering removal and final disconnect is part of the scope, not a change order.

If the Clovis equipment is still carrying load we phase it — dead sections and spares first, distribution as circuits are released, the main line-up on the final clearance. The phasing is written into the offer so nobody improvises in an energized room at two in the morning.

What we take out of Clovis sites

Portable and trailer-mounted units

Wheeled and trailer-mounted resistive banks used for generator acceptance and annual testing, typically 100 kW to 1 MW, with their load cable, camlock tails and control panels. Rental-fleet retirements are common and usually well maintained.

Permanent and roof-mounted banks

Fixed load banks installed for automatic exercise of standby plants, including roof-mounted units and those integrated with paralleling switchgear. Removal is a crane and controls-disconnection job that we plan on the survey.

New Mexico specifics

National laboratory and utility work at Albuquerque and Los Alamos produces documented switchgear and transformer disposition, and oil-patch activity in the southeast adds classified-area gear.

Clovis questions

Are you insured to work inside our Clovis facility?

Yes. We carry general liability, auto, workers' compensation and umbrella coverage, and we issue a certificate naming your entity as additional insured before crews mobilize to Clovis. We also complete vendor onboarding, background checks and site-specific safety orientation on request.

Can you work nights, weekends or during a shutdown in Clovis?

Regularly. Most electrical removals happen outside production hours because that is when circuits can be released. Night, weekend, holiday and turnaround windows in Clovis are normal scheduling for us, not a premium service.

What happens to the equipment after you buy it?

Serviceable gear is tested, reconditioned where needed and resold as replacement equipment — that resale is what funds your offer. What cannot go back into service is dismantled for copper, aluminum and steel recovery through permitted processors, with regulated fractions documented.

Do you buy equipment that is still energized and in service?

Yes, and most of what we buy is. We quote it now and remove it on your cutover date. Telling us at the quote stage which Clovis assets are still live lets us build the phasing and the clearance coordination into the schedule from the beginning.

Our electrical room is in a basement with a tight door. Is that a problem?

It is routine. Switchgear sections, transformers and gensets frequently have to be cut down or partially disassembled to clear a door width, an elevator limit or a stair turn. The access survey at your Clovis site establishes the path before we commit to a date, and that cost is already inside the offer.
