What drives the number
Three things drive the number: condition, whether the equipment is still supported, and copper content. A medium-voltage line-up with current vacuum breakers and a recent test report prices as reusable equipment. An identical structure with obsolete air-magnetic breakers and no nameplate prices on its bus and steel. We tell you which bucket your University gear falls into before you commit to anything.

Safety and documentation
Nothing leaves a University site undocumented. Nameplate data is recorded as equipment comes out, regulated items like transformer oil and older capacitors are separated under their own profile, and you receive a reconciled report your EHS group can file against the original purchase agreement.
Paper you receive
Certificate of insurance before we mobilize, a written itemized offer, a signed bill of sale, and load documentation for every trailer. If your compliance team needs something specific, ask before we schedule.

Do you provide documentation for surplus property or audit records?

Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in University and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
