Buying electrical equipment in North Las Vegas
Coverage in North Las Vegas is run off our Nevada routing along I-15, I-80 and US-95. Coordination with NV Energy, Valley Electric Association on clearances, metering removal and final disconnect is part of the scope, not a change order. What drives the number
Three things drive the number: condition, whether the equipment is still supported, and copper content. A medium-voltage line-up with current vacuum breakers and a recent test report prices as reusable equipment. Safety and documentation
Nothing leaves a North Las Vegas site undocumented. Nameplate data is recorded as equipment comes out, regulated items like transformer oil and older capacitors are separated under their own profile, and you receive a reconciled report your EHS group can file against the original purchase agreement.

How fast can you get to a North Las Vegas site?
Written offers go out the same business day in nearly every case. After acceptance, typical mobilization to North Las Vegas is a few business days for a straightforward removal and one to two weeks for a full plant scope that needs phasing, rigging plans or utility coordination.
Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?
No. We handle removal. Your electrician or the utility performs the final isolation and we verify it; from there our crews lock out, cut and cap cable at the gland, unbolt the sections, skate them out and load them. If the North Las Vegas room is still partly live we phase the work.
How do you handle transformer oil in North Las Vegas?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in North Las Vegas and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your North Las Vegas dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
What if the equipment is old or has no test records?

Yes. We carry general liability, auto, workers' compensation and umbrella coverage, and we issue a certificate naming your entity as additional insured before crews mobilize to North Las Vegas. We also complete vendor onboarding, background checks and site-specific safety orientation on request.
