Motor Control Centers we buy in Las Vegas
We treat Nevada as one service area rather than a list of towns. Crews moving between Las Vegas, Reno, Sparks and Henderson pass through Las Vegas regularly, which is why a single transformer or a pallet of bus plugs is still worth quoting here — we add it to an existing run instead of pricing a dedicated trip.
Paperwork travels with the job: a certificate of insurance naming your entity, a W-9, a signed purchase agreement listing every asset and its price, oil test and disposal manifests where transformers are in scope, and weight tickets or a bill of lading for what leaves the Las Vegas site. Maintenance, EHS and accounting each get the document they need.

What it is worth
We do not quote high and renegotiate on the dock, which is the complaint we hear most often about this trade. If what our crew finds in Las Vegas matches what you described, the written price is the price we pay. If it does not — breakers already pulled, windings cut, a different model than the photo — we show you exactly which line changed and why.
Nevada note
Mining operations in the north and gaming and warehouse construction in the south create two very different markets: portable substations and trailing cable in one, switchboards and busway risers in the other.

Questions
Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?
No. We handle removal. Your electrician or the utility performs the final isolation and we verify it; from there our crews lock out, cut and cap cable at the gland, unbolt the sections, skate them out and load them. If the Las Vegas room is still partly live we phase the work.
How do you handle transformer oil in Las Vegas?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in Las Vegas and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Las Vegas dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
What if the equipment is old or has no test records?
We still quote it. Records raise the number — a NETA test report on a breaker or a transformer is the single document that most improves what we can pay — but their absence disqualifies nothing. We price Las Vegas equipment on what our technicians and the replacement market say it is worth.
