Denver, CO: Capacitors & Power Quality Purchase and Removal
We purchase capacitor banks throughout Denver and the surrounding Colorado market — units still energized and scheduled for replacement, equipment already sitting dead after an upgrade, and lots coming out of a full plant closure. We buy the gear and we do the removal: one company, one offer, one certificate of insurance.

Capacitors & Power Quality we buy in Denver
Colorado industry gives Denver projects a real secondary market close by. Front Range manufacturing, brewing and federal facilities produce switchgear and generator work, and mountain-corridor mining sites add portable substations and MV cable. Equipment that leaves your site frequently goes back into service within a few hundred miles of where we picked it up, and that is what lets us pay above metal value.
The sequence on a Denver job is short. You send nameplate photos or a list. We come back the same business day with a written itemized offer and a proposed removal window. If you accept, we survey access — door widths, floor loading, dock height, whether the room is still energized — then mobilize, lock out, disconnect, unbolt, rig, load and sweep. Payment lands before the trailer leaves.

What it is worth
We do not quote high and renegotiate on the dock, which is the complaint we hear most often about this trade. If what our crew finds in Denver matches what you described, the written price is the price we pay. If it does not — breakers already pulled, windings cut, a different model than the photo — we show you exactly which line changed and why.

Questions
How fast can you get to a Denver site?
Written offers go out the same business day in nearly every case. After acceptance, typical mobilization to Denver is a few business days for a straightforward removal and one to two weeks for a full plant scope that needs phasing, rigging plans or utility coordination.
Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?
No. We handle removal. Your electrician or the utility performs the final isolation and we verify it; from there our crews lock out, cut and cap cable at the gland, unbolt the sections, skate them out and load them. If the Denver room is still partly live we phase the work.
How do you handle transformer oil in Denver?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in Denver and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Denver dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
