Bronx, NY: Load Banks Purchase and Removal
We purchase load banks throughout Bronx and the surrounding New York market — units still energized and scheduled for replacement, equipment already sitting dead after an upgrade, and lots coming out of a full plant closure. We buy the gear and we do the removal: one company, one offer, one certificate of insurance.

Load Banks we buy in Bronx
We treat New York as one service area rather than a list of towns. Crews moving between Manhattan, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany pass through Bronx regularly, which is why a single transformer or a pallet of bus plugs is still worth quoting here — we add it to an existing run instead of pricing a dedicated trip.
Once an offer is accepted in Bronx we schedule around your outage window, not ours. Nights, weekends and phased removals are normal. Crews arrive with their own rigging, skates, lifts, torches and oil-handling equipment, pull the gear, protect your floors and leave the electrical room clear for the next trade.

What it is worth
Transformer oil is the item sellers in Bronx worry about most, and fairly so. We test it, drain it, manifest it through licensed handlers and hand you the documentation. PCB-suspect units are handled under their own waste profile. The cost of that handling is already inside the offer, so nothing surprises you after the fact.
New York note
Manhattan building renovations mean busway risers, meter stacks and switchboards removed through freight elevators on overnight dock windows, while upstate paper, steel and chemical plant closures release full substations.

Questions
Do we have to disconnect the equipment before you arrive?
No. We handle removal. Your electrician or the utility performs the final isolation and we verify it; from there our crews lock out, cut and cap cable at the gland, unbolt the sections, skate them out and load them. If the Bronx room is still partly live we phase the work.
How do you handle transformer oil in Bronx?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in Bronx and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Bronx dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
What if the equipment is old or has no test records?
We still quote it. Records raise the number — a NETA test report on a breaker or a transformer is the single document that most improves what we can pay — but their absence disqualifies nothing. We price Bronx equipment on what our technicians and the replacement market say it is worth.
